In one sentence: What motivates you?

My motivation is to shape the future according to my possibilities.

In two sentences: In your opinion, why do diversity and digitalization belong together?

Digitalization is an important gateway for more intercultural exchange, working from all over the world together no matter if you are at home or in an office place; e.g. family-friendly and flexible working hours are easier to implement. I believe that increasing digitalization will enable focus on the real content and fastens the communication between people no matter the race, gender, age, background, or physical ability one has.

In three sentences: Do you have a role model? If yes, who and why?

My 93-year-old grandma is a role model for me, considering her positive attitude, power, and self-confidence she has always exuded despite everything she went through in her life. Raising 11 children and even more grandchildren and great-grandchildren, she takes her time for all of them and always has some power left to support the community and social projects. Even if she has never been head or manager in her professional career, for me she demonstrates what good leadership should be like.

Your tip for newcomers and young talent:

Believing in an idea and especially turning this idea into reality is a lot easier if you can support and encourage each other in a team. So start to find and keep team members working towards the same idea as early as possible.

A book that changed your life:

I don’t want to highlight one special book, but well-written novels with biographical background always make me think about my own life and probably in some way also influence my way of life.
